PERKINS & CO

Founded by Carl James Perkins in 2017, Perkins & Co started from humble beginnings. Working out of a small garage workshop, we set out to craft high quality bespoke fitted furniture across Suffolk & Norfolk.

Quickly building a fantastic reputation for quality, value for money and service. Over the last few years we have experienced excellent growth, allowing us to both upscale to a 1600 sq ft workshop and invest in some of the finest woodworking machinery, all with the aim of expanding the services we can provide and further improving the quality of our work.

Customers are always at the heart of Perkins & Co. Our business thrives on both recommendations and repeat custom. Bespoke and one-off pieces are some of the most enjoyable to work on and we pride ourselves in being able to offer customers high quality solutions to your specific requirements.

Carl has done a fantastic job of building and fitting my kitchen. I’m absolutely delighted with the final result. Carl was excellent at listening to my ideas, but also added his own, which resulted in a much better design and finish. He is fantastic to work with, is timely, affordable, helpful, and trustworthy. Carl has transformed my kitchen, not only by doing what I requested, which was the change the doors and worktops, but to offer ideas and solutions to problems, work around them, and go that little bit further when finishing. For example, he offered to update the end panels at the end of the unit run which was good of him, but when it came to it, he used matching profiles to those of the new doors rather than simply plain ends, so the finished look was much nicer and high end looking. I’d gone for mfd doors which I was going to paint, but he was able to spay paint them in my chosen colour instead which has saved me an awful lot of time. Carl is a skilled carpenter and offers a great service. I highly recommend him.

Carl has just made and fitted hallway cupboards, which I can honestly say have exceeded my expectations, I’m thrilled. Firstly what a nice guy, superb communication and customer service from the point of requesting a quote. Excellent craftsmanship, and value for money, clean and tidy, conscientious,I will definitely be using and recommending Perkins & Co in the future 👌😁

Absolutely fantastic work done by Carl. Built a wonderful fitted wardrobe for us, fixed skirting & panelling on the wonkiest walls ever. Recently repaired all our sash windows to a superb standard. Always a pleasure to have working in our home. Plenty more jobs on the list! Highly recommended
